ROTC / JROTC Program

The Sacramento Chapter participates in the California State Society's "JROTC Program" to recognize the outstanding Jr. ROTC Cadet in California. The winner of that recognition is submitted to the National Society for the National contest. Enhanced JROTC Program

Cadet Lt. Collin Haughey, from Casa Robles High School was awarded 1st place in the Chapter and State competition for 2026. The chapter award was presented by Sacramento JROTC Co-Chairs Jon Wroten and Jim McGraw. The state award was presented by California SAR President, Randy Dhindsa. They were joined by Casa Robles Aerospace instructor Lt. Col Kevin Houdek (USAF-Ret.).
